Cancellation Policy

24 hour policy for cancellations or changes. If any changes need to be made to your appointment please notify me 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. This allows me to open the time slot for other clients, reschedule your appointment and plan my hours accordingly. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged 30% cancellation fee. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged 100% of service to the card on file. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
